USCG is the short name of United States Coast Guard, the name of USCG phenolic grating gained by the us coast guard L3, L2 flammability test.

USCG phenolic grating from our company use excellent performance of phenolic resin, produced by more strict process, has features of light weight, high strength, anti-corrosion, high flammability, customized color, simple installation, free from maintenance, impact resistance and anti-aging, ect.

The U.S. coast guard decided that this kind of grating can be used in the following places: offshore oil platform, walkway, deck, coal mines and other places of emergency escape or rescue.

USCG Phenolic Molded Grating

USCG Phenolic Grating Molded grating used Super Span design, due to the resin is phenolic resin, density is smaller than the average vinyl ester, Orthophthalic unsaturated polyesters and iso-phthalic polyester, so the weight of the grating is lighter than ordinary molded grating type.
The default color for resin primary colors: reddish brown.

USCG Phenolic Pultruted Grating

USCG Phenolic Grating USCG pultrusion grille design from PI – 15 series, while also using the low density of phenolic resin, but due to its wear pin is special reinforcement, so the grille is heavier than ordinary pultrusion grille with type.
The default color for resin primary colors: reddish brown.
