Xi’an Yongxing science and technology development co.ltd–LeadFRP business division undertakes the installation of the CNPL for the all-composite insulation material platform.

In January 2019, Xi’an Yongxing science and technology development co.ltd and CNPC Logging Group Corporation (CNPL) signed a contract to design and construct a non-metallic, fully insulated petroleum logging instrument calibration test platform for CNPL. The platform consists of two composite scale barrels (straight through 1500mm, height 5000mm) and a fully insulated profile tower with a height of 120,000mm. The design considers that the tower can bear 5 tons (three people at work and the weight of the instrument), 12 typhoon-resistant, and 8 earthquake-resistant earthquakes. It also considers the biggest snow disaster since the historical record in Xi’an. The structural dimensions of the design were demonstrated and calibrated using finite element analysis theory.

Since its establishment in 2003, Yongxing Technology- Rich Well logging Instrument Division has been targeting China’s three major oil fields company (CNPL, COSL, SPECSL) logging tools in R&D and manufacturing. The technical problems encountered in the composite materials, invested a lot of money and equipment, to attract high-end technical talents to join the research and development work. The high temperature resistant glass wire insulated tube is used for the MWD/LWD LWD imaging logging tool, the oilfield drilling inclinometer, the geological borehole inclinometer, and the lithium battery barrel of the oilfield drilling parameter meter. Xi’an Yongxing science and technology development co.ltd has now cooperated with CNPL, COSL, GWDC, CEIC, SPECSL, Huanding Energy Services etc. Many petroleum logging instrument manufacturers and oilfield logging companies have established strategic partnerships.
